Cohort 1: Evaluating and Monitoring Your Subrecipients and Grant-funded Contractors

Outcomes:
This four-week, biweekly session will equip participants with the skills to effectively manage and monitor subawards in compliance with 2 CFR 200. The training covers key areas such as risk assessment, differentiating between the oversight requirements for subawards vs. grant-funded contracts, compliance evaluations, and cost allowability, providing practical templates to strengthen subrecipient oversight.

Federal grant management officers and specialists (GMOs and GMS), local and state government agency grant administrators, program leads, community college and four-year university research administrators, grant accountants, finance teams responsible for oversight of federal grants, compliance managers, nonprofit consultants, development directors, and subrecipients.
